All Grelottins are made from French pork carefully selected by our butchers. We grind and season the meat ourselves. The sausage is then stuffed into natural pork casings. Next comes the drying process; once complete, it is placed in our traditional smokehouse, which gives it its amber-yellow color and the distinctive aroma of smoked products.
Les Grelottins capture the essence of the Haut-Doubs region, perfectly balancing the robustness of spruce smoke with the mildness of Comté cheese; these sausages are sure to delight the palate during cocktail hour.
