The Pure Pork Sausage with Comté Cheese, Smoked, is made from carefully selected French pigs. The meat is purchased and seasoned by us. The sausage is then stuffed into natural pork casings. Next comes the drying process; once complete, it is placed in our traditional smokehouse, which gives it its amber-yellow color and the distinctive aroma of smoked products.
