Smoked beef tongue with garlic butter

Ingredients

  • 1 beef tongue
  • Smoked crushed garlic from Papy Gaby's Tuyé
  • 80 g of butter (not cold)
  • ½ bunch of chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl, combine the butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Mix well with a fork.

Step 3: Slice the beef tongue after rinsing it under clean water.

Step 4: Arrange the slices of tongue, spread with garlic butter, in a baking dish.

Step 5: Bake the dish for 15 minutes.

Ready to eat!
