
Step 1: Blanch the sausages for 15 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2: Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Sauté the onions in olive oil.
Step 3: Add the carrots and leeks.
Step 4: Rinse the lentils and add them to the vegetables. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Add the 2 sausages. Pour in 1 liter of water and add the bay leaf.
Step 6: Let it simmer gently for 25 minutes, uncovered.
