Description

The raw tongues are salted and smoked, then cooked and peeled in the bag to be pasteurized.
To serve cold: Remove the beef tongue from the pouch, rinse it under warm water to remove the gelatin, and slice the meat.
To serve hot: Place the unopened pouch in very hot water and simmer for 1 hour.
